Spring Sports Information: 

Start Date for Baseball, Softball, & Track & Field will be Monday March 24th. 

Coaching & Tryout Information:

Softball:

  • Coach: Alycea Moss (AMoss@lmtsd.org)
  • Tryouts: 3/24 3:15 - 4:45 at MA Softball field

Baseball

  • Coach: Zach Flaherty (zachflaherty53@gmail.com)
  • Tryouts: 3/24 3:!5 - 4:45 at MA Baseball field

Track & Field

  • Practices will begin 3/24 from 3:15 - 4:45 at MA track

IN ORDER TO PARTIPATE:

Required FamilyID PIAA Paperwork:

  • PIAA Physical Sections 5 and 6 must be completed by a parent (Section 5) and doctor (Section 6), stamped, and dated after May 1st, 2024. This is required to attend practices/tryouts. 
  • Please note: if your child played a fall or winter sport, you need to complete the registration for "Lower Moreland Middle School - Spring Athletics 2025 Re-Certification" and upload Section 7 of the PIAA paperwork.
  • Submitted in the following way:

All completed PIAA paperwork must be uploaded to your FamilyID profile no later than noon on March 24th, 2025.

Communication for athletics will be through our School District's approved app to get crucial information out to parents/guardians. We are highly recommending that you to sign up to ensure you receive up-to-the minute notifications. This could include game and practice changes, location changes, and time changes.
